Where do I go to uninstall FSX?

Well, It should be under Add/Remove Programs.
In Vista:
Go to the Control Panel and choose Programs, then Programs and Features then find FSX in the list and click Uninstall
In XP:
Go to the Control Panel, choose Add/Remove Programs and select FSX in the list and click Change/Remove (or Remove)
It will be under the name 'Microsoft Flight Simulator X'
