my epson stylus PHOTO R240 is good. but my prints are displaying a slight green colour cast even on grayscale prints. i have tried different ink cartridges but no good results. help, please.

The print head nozzles may need cleaning; see Cleaning the Print Head for instructions.
Your printed colors can never exactly match your on-screen colors. However, you can use a color management system to get as close as possible. Try using the ICM (Windows)
