how do i get the gauges to work on my A340 package from cls ??
in 2-d panel theyre not there, there just blank, any ideas?

Try putting the contents of the gauge folder into the main gauge folder.

Open the gauge folder from the download/open the main gauge folder.
Now you have two windows, one with downloaded gauges and one with hundreds of stock gauges.
Put the downloaded gauges into the main gauge folder.
If you get a message "overwrite old gauge" don't put that one in.
