Are you landing at a big airport?

Have you tried Afcad2 ➡

https://flyawaysimulation.com/downloads/files/1232/afcad-221-for-fs2004/

With this little prog you can easily change the parking at any airport

What types of aircraft were you flying?? If you land with a small general aviation aircraft they may send you a remote general aviation "gate",
rather than a big gate for airliners. 😉

I use Traffic2004 and Afcad2 is on the install disc

It may be simply that you have too much traffic and all the gates are taken

With Afcad2 you can do allsorts of things from simply moving or adding more parking, extra taxiways,ILS to non ILS airports/fields Even extra runways or a whole new airfield(no buildings)

i just changed the settings in ultamate traffic for parking and selected the plane i was using a330 200 and picked gate as a parking and myt as a sign i pressed insert on both and then saved it and did a compile i loaded a flight that i saved on approach to manchester (egcc) landed and the atc sent me to remote again on T3 if u know the manchester layout then its the parking in the middle where the virgin jumbo is most days on T3 that am beeing sent to is this classed as gate ? i dont think it

Leave your traffic program alone Nope

Not many default airports in fs9 have airbridges Mad
If you want airbridges at certain airports you will have to d/load add on scenery
Here is one of the best sites for finding you scenery ➡

http://walhalla.mine.nu/fs2004.php

It only links you to the sites(you will see a lot of them are at flightsim. If you do get on to the site, try the scenery map finder)

Seems the issue is with World Airports Neo. -Here is a link to Gameworld Network that has a discussion forum that includes users of World Airports 2. --Need 2 register.
