In the stock FSX, is there any interactive voice? I can hear the appropriate aircraft and facilities on specified frequencies.

What I need to know is, without VOX ATC or a similar product, can you get a reply from a facility if you transmit to them with the appropriate phraseology?

Is anyone using VOX ATC?

In order for the interactive voice to work, do you have to have a filed flight plan or can you use Pop Up calls (provided you use the appropriate verbage)?
