Family Photo on Dash?

Yep that would be me...

Real easy... Photoshop.

Find the actual panel texture file, open it up in photoshop. Make a new layer above the background pic...Find the photo you want to use (mine is one of my wife and daughter)... Change the size, sharpen it a lil so you can still make it out, then I created a top layer with a semi transparent rectangle filled with white so that it looked like I had taped it there with scotch tape.

merge layers into one layer and save.

Voila. Took me 5 minutes.
