how accurate is the real world weather snapshot that FS downloads and updates every 15 minutes?

Lets have you see just how accurate.
Walk outside when its windy, rainy, foggy, etc.
Go to your local airport on FSX with real world weather.
Then check the difference.
Depending on how close you are to METARS would depend on how accurate the updates are. I am lucky I have a METAR site close to where I fly the sim. It isn't too bad.

It also depends on what part of the world you live in. Here in Southern Europe they are not so accurate ay at all.
in KPIT it is about 99% accurate... I like 12 miles from the airport.
