i dont have a registered copy of fsuipc so i want to know if i can set a button on the ch flightsim yoke to use as a ptt.

Found this.
If you are talking about multiplayer through FSX alone, then you can assign the PTT command in the controll settings.
Just make sure you flip to the CH Yoke on the radio dial before assigning commands to a particular button.
