If you mean find not file see this.
This method will work on all versions of Windows that will run FSX (XP or Vista).
Open your start menu.
(Vista) Go the the search/run box and type %appdata%\Microsoft\FSX
(XP) Go to run and type %appdata%\Microsoft\FSX
Open fsx.cfg with Notepad.

radar man I found it but I must be stupid because I can't open it .I guess I didn't need the add ons any thanks for the help
You can open it with notepad .
If U have Vista it may drive U crazy with the security issue. R U getting a message that U R not classified to open it and your request R denied Or something like that?

Nope, It is actually in your user account's folder and all subfolders there, you can acess, though some may be hidden. You just need to get to the folder.
