B777-200 air file fix for level flight

Anyone know of one? I've been searching for ages. It looks like the nose of the front of the plane is raised ridiculusly higher than it ever should be at level flight. Or does the fix for the B747's and 737's that can be found in the FSX downloads work for the B777 too?
