Ok I found something that has caused the Fatal Error CTD, one of those was the PIC 737. I did some research and noticed that on some platforms, FSX just doesn't like it. So I removed it and haven't had a single CTD in almost 10 hrs of flights. I also did a major hardware upgrade to the tune of $2000. I'm still running W7 x64, but I replaced the MB from Biostar to ASUS Rampage II GENE, and went with an Intel i7 920 from an AMD Phenom x4 620. I'm also maxed out on my memory with 24GB DDR3. Also swapped out my video card to a little better one GTS 250, couldn't afford the 295 (as the case cost almost $400), and went with liquid cooling Thermaltake Armor+ Full Tower case. My fps improved, I'm now stable at a constant 30 fps with every slider maxed. I have also changed some of the display settings, 1680x1050x32, ansotropic w/bileanear, aircraft and buildings show shadows, light bloom, I don't have DX10 checked. I only have a handfull of pgms installed, not the complete list that I put on here a while back. After my current flight of almost 7 hrs, Columbia, SC to the Aleutian Islands, AK I will post what I have installed. But I don't know what has changed in the FSX installation, but like I said the PIC 737 was giving me CTD problems. I removed it and used CCleaner to remove all traces of the program, and haven't had a CTD since. I will also update when I install the other pgms to give some idea as to what also might be causing the CTD.
