Can anyone tell me what programme I must use to open the downloads I have made.

The best bet is the old evaluation version of WinZip there are copies of it but this seems to be the biggest download for many years.

You don't need a programme because you already have one. It is built into Windows.

Just right-click on the zip.folder and then click on Extract All....

Very easy 😉

If you insist on using a third party programme instead, get 7-Zip http://www.7-zip.org/ - it is free and can handle many other compressed formats, including .rar files.
