My Flight Sim Wont Start - Flight Simulator X (General)

PLEASE HELP!!! I deleted all files in fsx that were not usable( exe. readme. etc) now my computer says that my entire simulator is deleted. Mad

Try dropping in Disk 1 for repair.
If that doesn't work you'll have to fully uninstall and reinstall.
