Lost My CD's

I have FS2004, but i have lost all my CD's (Put them somewhere but can't remember where)

Do Microsoft do a similar thing to EA Games where you can rebuy the game at a cheaper price?

Sorry,if you are in the UK you can get it for under £30,If you are in the US I belive you can get it for free,or nearly free with a rebate

MS will replace a damaged disk but not more than that.
You can get it here with rebates for the US and Canada.
