Every time I install a Thomas Ruth file the aircraft are always transparent,cannot figure out what I am doing wrong, any help will be appreciated

They may be too graphic intensive for your video card.
Turn off some of the slides in the Sim like autogen, clouds, shadows AI and scenery.
The Sim will look bad but we want to see if your card can render the aircraft without the added pressure of the Sims graphics.
If it does, then you know you need a better card and possibly a better power supply.
