Sorry, but mine actually a question. I am very novice. I would like to know why ILS approach systems are active on some airports and not on others even though ATC suggests the approach. For example, I can ILS approach for Burgas, Bulgaria (Small airport) but not for Vancouver BC. Is there something on the setup to adjust?
