Hi, I bought FSX a few months ago and just decided to start playing recently. When playing in free flight (that's all I've tried), no matter what airport I choose, it stops loading on 80% 'Adjusting Scenery Objects'. It doesn't advance past that, and I can't even close the window/game (meaning I have to restart my computer to try again). I have no mods, I've tried verifying the game cache, doing a clean install, and several different airports and planes. I'd like to play the game, can anyone help?

Lower your slides, especially autogen, shadows, clouds and AI.
It should load then.

To my surprise, I was about to restart and do what you said when I alt-tabbed into game and found myself flying a plane lol. I wasn't really planning on flying so I basically just pressed buttons and was disappointed to find out the plane can't crash lol
You changed from full screen to Windows.
