flight controls are not realistic

I have flown several of the planes in X-Plane 11, and the program is no where near to actually flying these planes. The controls are way too sensitive.... it is almost impossible to keep these planes on track on a runway approach.

Any thoughts for changing my controls?

Try reducing the control sensitivity in the central positions in x planes settings.
