Fokker Tutorials - Flight Simulator 2004: A Century of Flight (FS2004 Aircraft)

I purchased the Fokker program from Digital Aviation. The documentation indicates that there are 4 tutorials. I found 3 and 4, but can't find 1 and 2.

Can anyone help?
