Installing Mesh - X-Plane (X-Plane General)

I'm new to x-plane so I have some questions. I'm currently downloading the Australian photo real scenery and it recommends a HD mesh. I'll grab that but I'm not sure how to corrctly install a mesh. I think I understand the install process for the scenery but can somebody give me astep by step guide to the mesh install.

OOPS, wrong place, should be in the x-plane area, sorry. Can it be moved?
