Free Mesh X Global Terrain Mesh Scenery 2.0 - Flight Simulator X (Add-ons/Downloads)

I have downloaded Free Mesh X Global Terrain Mesh Scenery 2.0. Instructions require that FTX Vectors or UTX be also installed to make the mesh viable. Please advise on where this may be downloaded.

Do you mean in order to use global mesh free, I now need to purchase a $63. product? WHAT?
