I have a PC with tha following specs
-AMD Athlon II X2 B22 processor @2.8Ghz
-ATI Radeon 4200 Graphic card
-8Gb RAM DDR3
-Windows 10 64 bits
I wish to know the best settings I cam apply to my fsx to be able to fly smoothly with PMDG stuff and addon-scenery.

Autogen, shadows, AI and clouds use up the most of the computers (and video cards) power.
Set them half way, lock your FPS (frames per second) at 30.
See how you like the way it looks and how well the aircraft handle.
There are some aircraft that are more graphic intensive than other.
Experiment and enjoy.
