Windows has a built-in unzip.
Just double-click the file and it should open.
If it doesn't and has a message pop-up let us know what it says'.

after the double click I waited 15 minutes and nothing further happened.  Acts like it is searching for something but can't find it??  J Bartlow

I wonder if it's a good download, or if it's a corrupted file.
Try right click on it a choose "open".

If it does't load then I would download it again, yes I know it's a huge file but what else can you do.
