3rd party airplanes do not appear in sim

Hi folks.
I recently purchased two Carenado aircraft for prepar3dv4.5. the planes came with auto installers.
and i followed the install instructions to the letter and both planes at the end of the install said the installs
were succesful. I restarted the computer started the sim clicked on vehicles and both planes were there
however there were no liveries listed only serial numbers(Carenado B120 N9979J) No airlines. I clicked on
one and whent back to the start menu and the vehicle window was black and it said "No Image Available".
I Started a flight and I had the sounds.the Carenado pop up menu's and pop up instruments but no plane.
Please help! any suggestions will help.
