FreeMesh X Download Problem

Hi,

I am trying to download FreMesh X for FSX and it sarts ok but keeps failing? Any ideas why that could be? Is there any other way of obtaining the file like a torrent?
Any advice would be really appreciated.

Hi Martyn,

What happens specifically when it "fails" - do you get any error messages?  We will look into this for you.

To diagnose - where are you located?  What browser/OS are you using? Are you signed into your PRO account when performing the download?

Hi Ian,

Sorry for the dealay in coming back to you.

It begins the download, then just stops and says failed in the dialogue box. I am in the UK, I am using windows 10 an I have tried in sevral browsers all with the same result. Each time I have been signed in to my pro account.

Thanks for the update, Martyn.  As you are in the UK, I would expect an exceptional connection with minimal latency and fast transfer speeds.

Do you know if you are on IPv4 or IPv6?  Could do a Google search for "what's my IP address" and let me know what it says?

Is the computer you are downloading from connected via WiFi or Ethernet?
