hey guys, 
so currently im trying to cancel my pro subscription and i used card to purchase it. i have contacted the support team for pro subscription on the 15th of january.. 15 DAYS without reply. i have tried days prior to try and contact AGAIN, with no reply. please someone help me this is my last resort ?. i do not want to be charged..
