Ground Environment Pro Error

I got Ground Environment Pro and got all the updates but when click on the GE Pro icon on my desktop it comes up with this error:
Microsoft OBDC Access Driver Unknown. I asked others and they told me to go to some sites etc but I am not a computer guy and dont know alot about how to fix this. Anyone have any help for me?
