I've sent multiple emails to the support email and have yet to hear back. The fact that there is no response and that I have to email to cancel should have been a red flag.

This is unusual however we have a known bug in the ticketing system that means messages become "stuck" and invisible to support staff.
Can you send me your Subscription ID directly to ian.stephens@flyawaysimulation.com and I will look at this right away for you.
