tried for the last 2 months to cancel, paypal wont do anything about it
and the website never answers my emails..anybody? or i am doomed to stay

Pay-Pal has to, call a supervisor or close out the account and get a new one.

Did you notice "Your payment can still be made if you do not cancel it at least 1 day before the due date." Paypal notification uppon canceling?
Just pointing. At worst, if you cancel +- 1 day before expiration day, you might be charged for another month.Not "ad-eternum".
