Cancellation of Pro membership

Hello
Does anybody know if there is a known issue with the cancellation of a Pro membership?
I have followed the instructions on the Flyaway website and have sent email to all available email adresses listed but no response for the past 2 months. I have received the automatic response that generated a ticket but nothing else. I am paying with a credit card so cancelling through PayPal is not an option. Any help greatly appreciated.
