OK, I narrowed it down. I set ships and ferries at 50%. I removed all boats from sim objects starting from A to C. Restarted the TNCM replay and it worked fine. I even saw the freighter pass behind me that seemed like it was a trigger for a couple of the CTDs. Evidently not. I removed the rest of the boats from sim objects and replaced the ones starting from A to C. That caused a CTD as soon as I went to the airport. I kept the As and Bs but removed the Cs and it worked fine (except, oddly enough, I didn't see the freighter again). I removed everything but the Cs and there was a CTD. So the problem is with one of the ships starting with a C. Unless you have an idea of what properties could be different enough to cause this problem this will take a long time to figure out since there are 31 ships/boats that start with C. What I'll probably do is add one C ship at a time each time I run Prepar3d. That will eventually isolate the culprit. Thanks for all of your help Ian.

It didn't take much experimenting to find the culprit. The very first C ship I re-added caused the CTD and that is the AI_Calypso. I removed it again and replaced all of the rest of the C ships along with everything else and it worked fine. It went to the airport and I was able to load the right wing view. I can live without the Calypso 🙂. Thanks again Ian.
