Can i get a 757-200 to fly from KJFK to EGLL with limited amount of fuel , because it looks that i im running out of fuel 3/4 of the way there on IFR , Im i using to much fuel on taking off , or somewhere.

You can NOT get a 757-200 that distance. It's maximum range is 3,900nm, it's around 3,980 nm.

regardless of your takeoff procedures, you can estimate at least 10,000lbs fuel burn for the first hour of flight.
