I've noticed that you guys quit like to watch videos so I've given a few websites where you can download some of these videos [Flightsim and actual flying].

http://www.aviafilms.com/ [real]

http://www.A340.net/ [real]

http://www.skyfilmproductions.com//?p=free [real]

http://www.simradar.com/Feature/Misc_Videos/index.html [real]

https://flyawaysimulation.com/images/ [probably the best flight sim video collection]

With all those video websites you would think I could find a website to upload my videos but I can't so can any one help.

😀 A little tip before you edit the film, defrag, and defrag again after

Nothing messes up a harddrive more than video editing

Go to Control Panel ----> Performance & Maintainance -----> Rearrange items on your hard disk. This is for Windows XP so if you have any problems then come back. It will take quite a while if you do not do it regularly. It can up to 2 hours if you have done it for about 6 months etc. You should do it every week ideally, then it will take about 30 minutes. 😀

I have never done it before but I rbooted my system about 2 months ago so its going to take a long time 😞Does it mess up the system becouse my Dad siad he did it before and it took 3 hours and the computer was slow after.

I don't see why it would slow your computer at all. It speeds it up by gathering files etc so your hard drive is organised. Try it and leave your PC running and then do it every week after.

the speed of the defrag depends on a couple of things, how badly defraged your H/D is and how powerful your pc is

I have an XP2800 1.5gig ram and it took about 15 mins last night(it was quite badly defraged as I had transfered and edited a vhs tape to dvd)

There are some freeware tools that claim to do the job better and quicker than the windows tool (Michael_H found this link for a tool I have used for a long time) ➡

The 1st time you defrag may yake a while but do it weekly or monthly and it gets quicker 👍 and you gain a little more speed out of your pc too Punk

Will do TTT.Thanks.

I have one rather "big" problem, every time I make a video with fraps the video comes out huge [e.g. a 12 second vid came out as 120 MB 😕 ],can anyone help ❓

😳 I dont know if it makes any difference to the size of the recorded file, but try lowering the fps and click half size
