Does anyone know of a program that adds more buildings, and something that gives you better terrain textures.

Runway 12 for adding objects, the library of items to add is growing every day.

Add mesh, found at avsim and http://portal.fsgenesis.net/index.php (they have some free and some pay)to give you a more realistic texture.

There is plenty of great pay-ware.
