Pitch problem

I have a major problem with the pitch, where at default, my plane always pitches up when my joystick is centered. So I adjust the pitch trim a little bit, but it's very difficult to find the perfect spot on the pitch trim where my airplane will fly nice and level when the joystick is centered. When I flew the Cessna 172, I was able to adjuct the pitch trim, but now when I switched to the Baron, I find it almost impossible to adjuct to level flight.

P.S. Is this a joystick calibration problem?
