BRAND NEW CAP ADD-ON - ATTENTION JARED
My grandson just got his Civil Air Patrol newsletter. On the second page, top left corner there is an article regarding a new add-on package for FS 2004 entitled CIVIL AIR PATROL PILOT. The package is produced by Abacus in cooperation with the Civil Air Patrol with the CAP getting part of the proceeds. The add-on contains 5 CAP aircrat, Cessna L-19 Birddog, Cessna 185 Skywagon, Gippsland GAB Airvan, DHC-2 Beaver and Cessna 172 Skyhawk. According to the information on Abacus' web site, at least the way I read it, the planes are all equipped with GPS. The preliminary planes are shown on the web page and look great, interiors and all. The add-on also contains a CAP Command Center you can use to fly Search and Rescue missions and a bunch of other goodies. The add-on costs 29.95 with CAP members getting a 20% discount. The add-on will be sold at Comp-USA, Best Buy and other locations or can be purchased from the web site in CD-ROM, or downloaded.
