Please take a look at the photo in the link below. The description at the bottom says that the aircraft was on takeoff. Does that look like takeoff? Why would it's attitude be so low? Here you go.

Well, although I am not sure why it matters, here it is:
It might be a take-off, because:
a) The photographer says so 😛
b) Flaps are 5 I think, consistent with take-off.
It is not necessary to see a steep angle of attack (no one wants to stall on take off after all), but consider this: The photographer might have tilted the camera a little bit. Maybe he wanted to have the aircraft horizontal and not 25 degrees up. Or maybe he rotated it in photoshop 😉

He also didn't say "right after takeoff" either, so the pilot may have been holding a certain altitude waiting for clearance
