In FS the most expensive that I have come across has to be the following
1, PMDG 747
2, A340 Pro
3, A310 Airbus Professional
4, PMDG 737-800/900

6, 747-200 Ready for pushback
7, Dash 8-300 Professional
8, ATR 72-500
9, DC9-33 Professional
10, Wilco Fleet CRJ 2004 ( Picked up at £4.99 yes £4.99)

in fs2004, sorry, in real life i´m sure it is the F/A-22, IT COSTS LITTLE MORE THAN 80 MILLON EACH!!

The PMDG is second. I don't know the link but it is floating around in the aircraft forum titled "What do you think about this aircraft" or something like that. It is a 737NG for about 60 USD

List price for an A380 is about 250 million.
