Change Runways in program

Is it possible to somehow change the settings in FS2004 to tell it that certain runways are not used for take off or landing? Currently, an airport I like to fly from is always using a certain runway for takeoff, but in real life, this runway is never used. In fact, there is no taxiway to the beginning of it. It's kind of annoying. It also misuses other runways at the same airport in ways they are not used in reality.

I notice that this is your first post here - Welcome. ATC decides which runways should be in use, depending on the wind direction, traffic density, etc. If you alter the wind direction, you'll notice that the Active runway changes. Hope that helps.

When choosing the airport look in the bottom left corner and it gives you the choice of runways.
It'll revert to default the next time and be careful that you don't use one that starts in the water, I have...a very rude awaking indeed. Embarassed
