missing language.dll

I am looking for the english language.dll file for fs9 can somebody help me with it?

Very thenks but this file is not change language to english.I have FS2004 wersion french.How change to english wersion??.Pease help!! some file ??everything??

As far as we have seen over the past few years you cannot do that.

Please im looking to convert my FSX Italian to English, at the moment I have the FSX installed in Italian with no SP on it !
