I just brought The Flight Simulator add-on : Boeing 727-200, my question is, how do I open the pax door in the behind ?

also how to open cargo DHL door ❓

Depends which aircraft you have downloaded - generally speaking doors can be opened by keying SHIFT E or SHIFT E immediately followed by 2. If the doors can be opened the information to this effect should be in the readme file of the aircraft.
