Chief CaptainRead the manual.
If you've unlocked it all, then you go to Company Manager, and go through the set up there, and then to Options, and choose all your settings there. If you just want to start a flight. Go to the FsPassengers menu in FS9 and click Start Flight, about a quarter of the way down the menu. It will become clear once you read the documentation 😉
Chief Captainok a quick run down
1.Start a flight
2. Press the alt button
3. click FSPassengers
4. Click start flight
and ha presto your away.
Someone else will give a more detailed explanition I just don't have the time right noe as I'm 
working
