Im having a serious problem. There is no sound working on MSfs204 or on any dvds or just in general! - Im not that good at laptops and figuring out things so i really need help!

Chief CaptainWhen you say "just in general" that means absolutely nothing to me. Please be specific. Are you getting any sound with windows, any other games, anywhere, reboot and see.
It's a new laptop, maybe you have to bring it back.

Chief CaptainAll games and windows have no sounds at all
CaptainIf your talking about just FS9, then try hitting the Q key. That turns the sound on and off.
Chief CaptainReboot and see if that helps.
Check the sound in the control panel, press the button in there to see if there are any sounds.
Read the book to see if any key like he said contols the sound of the machine also.
If it is completely quiet then take it back to the store now while you have time and it's in guarantee.

Chief CaptainWindows is a funny animal, sometimes rebooting can cure many things.
