Grumman Widgeon download...safe?

It was 100% safe (at least for me)it works great but the panel is poor.You need to download and install an add-on panel in order to have a full version of this beautyful craft.

Thanks for the confirmation! I found it listed on AVSIM too, along with a texture/cockpit update. Funnily enough, the readme file says that the file is only allowed to be hosted on AVSIM lol.

The 'Goose' you downloaded is 100% safe as Greekman said. Regarding the virus claim - some people jump to conclusions to quickly. If a new installed file doesn't spring to life straight away as expected they think VIRUS.
There are other 'Geese' available. Maybe that's where the rumours started. Take this one by Lynn and Bill Lyons for example ➡ http://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?CatID=fs2004ac&DLID=72083 - it works perfectly allright but you must restart your computer after installation otherwise you might have problems.
