Bad Cloud Textures - Flight Simulator 2004: A Century of Flight (FS2004 Scenery)

I have recently noticed a few clouds with a square effect or lines seperating clouds, mostly around the scotland/ireland area. Are there any better cloud addons that can be used without suffering a loss of framerates?
