Im ususally flying a 737 or qa 747, I cruise anywhere from 32,000 to 35,000. When should I start decending to my destination? An hour to it? 45 min to it? when I say what time, I mean on the GPS ETE.

It depends on many factors, your weight, weatherconditions and many more. The type of a/c you're flying of course. The manual for the a/c will give you a pretty good basic idea.
Wait a little and you'll be swamped with more precise info than you'll be able to digest 😀

I figured. So far Once I'm an hour away from my destination, I start decending.

There's much more to it than that I'm afraid - let's hope you're flying cargo--- such as potatos or styrofoam
😀
