Bespoke simulation

Hi,
Is there any way to start a simulation in mid-flight, at a specified height, heading and speed?

At the main screen select the plane that you want to be flying in and select any airport and then click fly now. When it loads up, go straight to the map (Alt- world) and drag the little plane to where ever you want it to be and type in your specifications in the boxes on the left.
Or fly to the place you want to save it and hit semicolon (;) you can then save the flight where you left off.
