Captainmy computer runs fine on window mode but starts to go "jerky" when i put it on fullscreen mode. is this a problem with my computers speed?

Chief Captaincould be a driver issue as well, I had a jerkyness problem with one version of the nvidia drivers

Chief CaptainYou didnt tell us when did you first met your problem my friend...Anyway... 
Try to lower your graphics settings in settings menu of FS and check what will hapens.Set clouds to low and the rest to medium-low.
The link you gave us shows a RAM...am i missing something? 😉
