alright heres my problem.
i have aerial pictures of new zealand(all of it 😀 ) now how do i get these pictures from my desktop to the scenery textures in fs2004? is there any way to do this?

You are really talking about designing scenery for FS from scratch. This is not a click on this and click on that--done! job. It takes time and devotion. Unless you are prepared to make those sacrifices, no amount of links, manuals and instructions will be of any use to you.
