I've been playing on FS2004 for a few weeks now and I really love it, I've
got FSPassengers running with it too.
I've noticed a few people mention Google Earth when talking about their
flight experiences. Is there some kind of plugin that enables you map the
FS2004 world with Google Earth imagery? Perhaps people are using it just to
navigate with, I'm not sure. Can someone shed some light on it's use with
FS2004?
Thanks...
As far as I know, Google Earth doesn't have any direct links to the FS9 sim. Its just another interest I think 😉
I noticed it mentioned in a post in these forums
here the link:

thats looks to me like it' communicating with fs2004
I'm not 100% sure but I think he's using Google Earth as a map to illustrate where he is flying, and as a reference to show his route up the Yantze River
😉
I use the pluggins for google earth. First of all you can copy your flight plan to google earth I use this feature as a easy way to locate the airports. I am putting a pin in every place I go. You can also link to goolgle and have it indicate your position and also ai aircraft. Interesting thing to do. I mostly do not run google while flying as I do not want to tie up resources.
And does it update all this on the fly? Can you point me towards a link or somehitng where I can read a bit about it? Do you have any more info?
found somthing.... hope this helps people:

that would be "flippin' sweet" if you could use the google earth map with fs 2004, or fs x for that matter
